PPH linings are commonly applied over MS (Mild Steel), SS (Stainless
Steel), FRP, and plastic substrates , forming composite systems such as
MS + PPH lining, SS + PPH lining, FRP + PPH lining, and plastic + PPH
lining. These combinations help extend equipment life while maintaining
structural strength and chemical safety.
Each lining is fabricated from 100% virgin PPH material and applied with
controlled thickness and proper welding methods to ensure uniform
coverage and stable adhesion. The result is a smooth, non-reactive surface
that reduces corrosion, scaling, and maintenance requirements.
